Mr. Rodney Joe Garner passed away on Tuesday, December 1, 2015 at the age of 60. Mr. Garner was born on August 1, 1955. to Charley Daniel Garner and Barbara Bingham Garner. Mr. Garner was an escort in the trucking industry and was preceded in death by his mother, Barbara Bingham; brother, Robert Garner and sister, Kimberly Garner. Survivors include his father, Charley "Buddy" Garner and wife Linda of Winnsboro; brothers, Danny Garner and Charles Garner. Services will be held at a later date.
