Ronald Augustus Hagen

June 17, 1927 — October 4, 2010

Mr. Ronald A. Hagen, age 83, formerly of Winnsboro, passed away on October 4, 2010 at Sam Rayburn Memorial Veterans Center in Bonham. He was born on June 17, 1927 in Winnsboro to the late Dallas A. and Annie Hallman Hagen. He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II, and in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War. Upon returning from the military he worked as an aircraft mechanic for several years before returning to Winnsboro to operate his fathers Hagen Grocery and Gas Station. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Odessa Price Hagen, and brother, Jack Hagen. He is survived by a brother, Charles Hagen of Irving; sister, Donna Long of Tyler; three nephews, two nieces, and several great and great-great nieces and nephews.
