Ronald J. Johnson

Ronald James Johnson, 79, of Scroggins, Texas, entered into his heavenly home on July 30, 2019. Mr. Johnson was born on April 3, 1940, in Hamilton, Ohio at Mercy Hospital to Park James Johnson and Nora (Brockman) Johnson. Ronald and his wife Victoria moved to the area from Ohio in 2013 to be near their son and his family. Ronald worked and retired from Mosler Safe Company after many years of faithful service. Mr. Johnson is survived by his wife Victoria Delores Johnson of Scroggins, son Terry Johnson, Sr. and wife Denise of Winnsboro, grandson Terry Johnson, Jr. (T.J.) and wife Taylor of Sulphur Springs, grandson John Tyler Johnson and wife Faith of Winnsboro, granddaughter Hannah Clayton and husband Mitchell of Winnsboro, great-grandchildren Iva Rose Johnson, McCoy Wayne Johnson, Rylee Rae Clayton and Caison Johns. A service to celebrate his life will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, August 2nd at Hat Creek Fellowship in Winnsboro with his son Terry as officiant. The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. prior to the service for a time of visitation. Mr. Johnson was interred in Lee Cemetery.
