Rose A. Courson

Rose A. Romans Courson, 68, passed away on Monday, November 20, 2023, in Tyler, Texas. She was born on December 24, 1954, in Sulphur Springs to G.R. and Helen Romans. On June 20, 1973, she married Johnny Mack Courson of Pickton. Rose lived most of her life in Pickton where her and Johnny Mack ran a dairy for more than 35 years. Rose always enjoyed her time working part time for Eddins Western Wear. Mrs. Courson was preceded in death by her father G.R. Romans and her brother Tony (Poncho) Romans. She is survived by her husband Johnny Mack of Pickton; son Scott Courson and wife Susan of Pickton; mother Helen Romans of Dike; brother Robert Romans of Dike; two grandchildren Camyn and Emma; sister-in-law Brenda Brown; numerous other relatives and friends.
