Rose Jeannetta Mccreary

Rose Jeanetta McCreary, age 83, died Wednesday, July 3, 2013 in Mineola, Texas. She was born on Saturday, August 3, 1929 in Mineola to the late David and Nannie Grimes. She was an Executive Secretary and attended First Baptist Church in Mineola. She was an accomplished Stained Glass Artist; and won third place in the Emory Lions Club’s “Bathing Beauty Revue” in July 1947.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, Billy Bob McCreary.
She is survived by a son, Kelly McCreary; a brother, Edward Grimes and wife Margery of Mineola; a sister, Betty Ball of Mineola; one grandchild, Elaine Bueti McCreary; and one great-grandchild, Isabella Mendoza.
Visitation for Ms. McCreary will be held on Saturday, July 6, 2013 from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM at Beaty Funeral Home in Mineola.
Funeral Services will follow visitation at 11:00 AM with Rev. Craig Lacey officiating.
Interment will be at Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Mineola.
