Royce W. Allen

Mr. Royce W. Allen, age 90 of Winnsboro, passed away on Friday, September 9, 2011 at his home, with his family at his side. He was born on June 30, 1921 in Winnsboro to the late Frank and Leona Lovelady Allen. He was a lifelong dairyman, and a member of Walnut Street Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Margie Allen; son, Darvin Allen; and a brother, Garland Allen. He is survived by a daughter, Barbara Ann Capehart of Winnsboro; son Gerald Allen of Winnsboro; four grandchildren, Melissa West and husband Kenneth, Dusty Allen and wife Angela, Colter Allen and wife Melanie, Jason Crump and wife Amanda; eight great-grandchildren, Ashley, Joe, and Justin West, Kealie Allen, Emma Kate Allen, Josie White, and Chandler and Caden Crump.
