Ruby Lucille Mcqueen

Mrs. Ruby Lucille McQueen, age 93, of Grand Saline, Texas passed away Thursday, January 10, 2008, in Grand Saline. She was born February 27, 1914 to the late Alonzo and Lilly (Sells) Worthington in Oklahoma. She has lived in Grand Saline for 3 1/2 years and prior to that lived in McGregor, Texas. She is preceded in death by, her husband, William Joseph McQueen; five sons, Roy Lee McQueen, Shirley Author McQueen, Homer McQueen, Billy Joe McQueen and Truman McQueen; four daughters, Sara Jane McQueen, Wanda Lou McQueen, Teressa Ann McQueen and Dianna Lynn McQueen Stonger; one sister, Maggie Margaret Worthington; three granddaughters, Ruby Carol McQueen Brewer, Donna Louise McQueen Elmore and JoAnn McQueen Pierce; one grandson, Jeffery Wayne Cockerham; and great granddaughter, Misty Eileen White. She is survived by five daughters, Maggie West of Oak Cliff, Sadie Smith of Quinlan, Dorthy Isernia of Murphy, Kathy Turner of Royce City and Ruby Kay Roberts of Wills Point; five sons, Thomas McQueen of Mineola, Russell McQueen of Arkansas, Willie Earl McQueen of Emory, Bobby McQueen of Alba and Connie McQueen of Brasher; forty seven grandchildren, eighty two great-grandchildren and numerous great great grandchildren.
