Ruth Inez Harris

Ruth Inez Harris of Golden, Texas passed away November 4, 2007 at the age of 92. She was born September 20, 1915 in Golden to the late Thomas Jefferson Boggs and Annie Florance (Pitcher) Boggs. She is preceded in death by her husband, E. J. Harris on May 10, 1982; sister, Dorothy Boggs Roberson; brother, Victor Shelton Boggs; two grandsons, Kevin Slayton and Jeffery Lynn Harris; and son-in-law, Lloyd Slayton. She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Dickey Alan and Sherry Harris of Golden, Texas and Jerry Don and Madge Harris of Clarksville, Texas; one daughter, Bobbie Ruth Slayton of Crow, Texas; seven grandchildren, ten great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
