Ruth Leaton

Ruth Leaton, age 79 formerly of Winnsboro, passed away on Sunday, November 14, 2010. She was born in Middletown, New York on June 5, 1931 to Mary and Richard Finch, she was then adopted by Walter and Edith Harris. She married C.G. Sorge, and later married L.L. Leaton, both preceded her in death. She was a member of Orchard Hills Baptist Church of Garland. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Richard Harris. She is survived by a daughter, Connie Melton; and son, Kenneth Sorge, both of Garland; as well as five grandchildren, three step-grandchildren, nineteen great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, and four half brothers.
