Sandra Lee Smith

Sandra (Sandi) Lee Smith left us peacefully on March 4, 2022, with her family by her side, in Quitman, Texas. Sandi was born on December 16, 1947 in Ellwood City, Pennsylvania. Sandi graduated from Lincoln High School. In her early twenties moved to Dallas County, Texas and she and Charlie retired to Quitman in 2007.

Sandi was an active member of Horizon Church in Quitman, and past member of the Red Hat Ladies. She was passionate, she loved sewing, arts and crafts and especially spending time with her family.

Sandi is survived by her husband of 33 years, Charles (Charlie) F. Smith, her children, Lori (Kurt Pollow) Smith, Vickie (Grant) Rathman, Elisha (Mark) Ater, Cecil Smith, and John (Cathy) Smith, 6 grandchildren and four great grandchildren, her brother Raymond (Sonny) Duncan, sister Doreen Duncan and sisters-in-law Patricia Duncan and Joann (Kenneth) Razor and numerous nieces and nephews. Sandi is preceded in death by her parents, Ray and Donna (Rupp) Duncan and her brother, James (Jim) Duncan.
