Sandra Gail Murray

Some people leave footprints on our hearts that time can never erase. Sandra was one of those.

Sandra was stubborn in the way only she could be, silly enough to make us laugh when we needed it most, and kind in ways that often spoke louder than words. She had her own way of doing things, her own opinions and a personality that could never be replaced. She was unapologetically herself, and that is one of the many things we will always love about her.

Sandra had a special place in her heart for animals. Her love for them reflected the compassionate, caring side of her that made her so special. She understood that love didn't always need words, and sometimes the purest kind of love came with four paws and a wagging tail.

Above all, Sandra was Mom. She leaves behind her two children Cody and Brandi, who will forever carry her love and memories with them. She was also a grandmother to Colton, Duncan, Kayden, Sydney and Emory, each of whom holds a special place in the family she loved so dearly.

Her family was part of her greatest legacy. Through her children and grandchildren, pieces of her will continue to live on - in their laughter, their personalities, their memories, and the love they share with one another.

As we celebrate Sandra's life, we choose to remember not only the sadness of losing her, but also the joy of having loved her. We will remember her stubborn ways, her silly moments, her caring heart, and all the little things that made her uniquely Sandra. The stories about her will continue to be told, the laughter she brought into our lives will be remembered, and the love she gave us will never disappear.  

Life will not be the same without her.  There will always be moments when we wish we could hear her voice, see her smile, or share just one more laugh with her. But although we can no longer make new memories together, the ones we have will remain ours forever.

Mom, thank you for being you. Thank you for the laughter, the love, the memories, and the countless ways you become part of who we are. You were one of a kind, and there will never be another you.

You may be gone from our sight, but you will never be gone from our hearts.

Forever our mom, forever our grandmother, forever loved and forever missed.
