Sharon Kay Henson

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Sharon Kay Henson, 65, of Winnsboro, Texas. Sharon passed away peacefully on September 25th, 2026, following a battle with pancreatic cancer.

Sharon was a devoted and loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She will be remembered by all whose lives she touched for her warmth and kindness.

She is survived by her husband, Larry Henson; her sons, Jonathan Beaver and Jacob Henson; and her grandsons, William and Connor Beaver.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Marion "Pete" Watson and Billie Grace Oates.

Visitation will be held Thursday, October 1st, at 10 a.m. at Beaty Funeral Home in Winnsboro, with the funeral service following at 11 a.m. at the same location. Burial will follow at Henson Cemetery in Winnsboro.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made in Sharon's name to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network. 

Sharon will be deeply missed, but her spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
