Steven Jay Fowler

Mr. Steven Jay Fowler, age 71 of Mineola, passed away on Thursday, October 7, 2021 peacefully at his home in Mineola surrounded by family and friends. He was born on June 16, 1950 in Muskogee, Oklahoma to J.W. Fowler and Mary Hamilton Fowler.

Steven worked in construction and was a member of Rose Hill Baptist Church.  He loved hunting and fishing and was a longtime Dallas Cowboys Fan.

He was preceded in death by father, J.W. Fowler and brother, Danny Fowler and is survived by his loving wife, Betty Fowler; mother, Mary Fowler; sons, Mark Fowler and his wife, B.J.  and Sammy Fowler and his wife, Shannon; daughter, Mandy Lockhead and her husband Wes; thirteen grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

Memorial Service will be held 11:00 am on Saturday, October 16, 2021 at  Rose Hill Baptist Church, 1420 County Road 2460 in Mineola with Rev. Bob Shirley conducting.
