Sybil Alexander

Mrs. Sybil C. Alexander, age 96 of Mineola, passed away on Monday, July 15th, 2019 in Mineola. She was born on May 23rd, 1923 in Hainesville, Louisiana to the late Lee Walker and Bessie Walker. She is preceded in death by two brothers, Clarence Walker and Ben Walker and one sister, Bobby McMillian. Sybil is survived by her husband, Fay Alexander of Mineola; son, Billy M. Teague of Grand Saline; step sons, Fred Alexander of Austin, Rodney Alexander of El Paso, Richard Alexander of El Paso and Ronald Alexander of El Paso; step daughters, Sandra Noe of Shephardsville, Kentucky and Sonya Smalley of Springfield, Missouri; niece, DeLynnda Witte of Midland and nephew, Stephen McMillian of Big Spring; five grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 20th, 2019 from 9:00 am to 10:00 am at Beaty Funeral Home 5320 S. State Hwy. 37 Mineola, TX 75773. Graveside services will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens at 10:00 am.
