Baby Tatum Jane Moore

Tatum Jane Moore, beloved and treasured daughter of Adam and Ali Moore and sister to Loretta and Leighton, was born sleeping on March 27, 2026 at UT Health- Tyler.
At just 19 weeks gestation, she weighed 9.5 ounces and was 8.5 inches long. Even though so small, Tatum had a spirit far bigger than her tiny body. She showed a strength from the very beginning that inspired everyone around her.

She is being met in heaven by her Maternal Great Grandparents- Raymond and Ruby Carnes; Osvaldo and Amanda Galaz; Paternal Great Grandparents- Sue Lukenbill Puckett; Harold Moore Sr. and Aline Moore

In a addition to her parents, sister and brother, she is survived by Maternal Grandparents- Jane Carnes and Osvaldo Galaz Jr of Mineola; Paternal Grandparents- Harold and Laura Moore of Mineola; Great grandfather- Joe and Ann Puckett; Maternal Great-Great Grandmother Raquel Nevarez; Uncles Dustin Corley (Lisa) and Erik Galaz. Aunts Krista Stinchfield (Brad), Abbie Doggett (John), Alana Galaz, Diana Galaz and Amanda Bates (Bryan). Cousins - Andrew, Maxx, Reese, Lux, Drake, Addie, Noah, Liam, Bentley and Zane. She has several great aunts, uncles and cousins.

How very quietly you tiptoed into our world, silently, only a moment you stayed. But what an imprint your footprints have left upon our hearts. Forever our baby and now heaven sent. Mommy and daddy love you for eternity, baby girl.
