Terry Dougles Tipps,81, passed away on November 24,2023. He was born on September 2,1942 in Abilene TX to the late Cecil J.Tipps and Mary Lee Eckiss; and also preceded in death by stepfather Dean Eckiss.Terry is survived by Sisters Peggy Lindley of Winnsboro,Texas and Deborah Landry of Zephyrhills,Florida. Son,Tim Tipps of Richardson,Texas and Daughter, Tanya Dobson of Greenville,Texas. Cremation service was entrusted to Beaty Funeral Home. There is no service scheduled at this time.
