Thomas Wayne Metcalf

Thomas Wayne "Tommy" Metcalf, age 69, died peacefully at his residence in Quitman, Texas on Saturday, September 4, 2010. He was born on Sunday, June 15, 1941 in Los Angeles, California to the late Berlin and Una Metcalf. He moved from California to Texas in 1981. He worked for Chief Auto Parts and Black-eyed Pea Restaurants before transferring to Sally Beauty Company. He loved to fish and travel, camping along the way in his trailer. He attended St. Peter the Apostle Catholic in Mineola, Texas and a member of the Knights of Columbus.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his loving wife, Sharon Metcalf of Quitman; a daughter Nichelle Metcalfe of E. Tawakoni, Texas; a brother Gerald Metcalf of Sun City, Arizona; and a grand daughter, Shelby Metcalfe.
