Tony Gale Crow, beloved husband, father, brother, and grandfather, walked into the Gates of Heaven to SEE Jesus on June 2, 2024, at the age of 67. Born on September 24, 1956, in Mt. Pleasant, Texas, to the late Cotton Crow and Pearl Hill Crow, Tony was a cherished member of the Winnsboro community.
Growing up in Winnsboro, Tony attended Winnsboro High School, where he cultivated friendships and developed a passion for life that would define him. After marrying his high school sweetheart Cheryl Robinson on June 3, 1978, Tony embarked on a journey filled with love, laughter, and cherished memories.
Tony worked for Texas Utilities for 26 years. In 2005, Tony and his wife established the vehicle for his career as a Motivational Safety Speaker - INJAM ( It's Not Just About Me). His light shone bright over 48 states and all across Canada as he and Cheryl traveled sharing his story and touching the lives of millions. His charismatic personality and genuine concern for safety touched and saved the lives of many.
A longtime member of the First Baptist Church of Winnsboro, Tony found solace and strength in his faith. He was a pillar of support within his community, offering kindness and compassion to all who crossed his path.
Outside of his professional and religious endeavors, Tony pursued his passions with enthusiasm. He was an avid hunter, particularly fond of quail hunting, and a dedicated baseball fan, proudly donning his NY Yankees cap despite playful teasing from coworkers. His love for the Yankees was unwavering, a testament to his loyalty and devotion.
Despite facing adversity, Tony's resilience and positive outlook on life remained unwavering. In 2003, a hunting accident left him blinded, yet his spirit remained unbroken. In testament to his indomitable spirit, his co-workers wrote the New York Yankees and told them about Tony. The Yankees wrote back & said they would be playing the Rangers and if he could get to the game he could go out on the field and meet the team. This was an experience along with his big game hunt in Africa that were some of his most cherished memories and testament to his decision to live life to the fullest despite circumstances.
Tony leaves behind a legacy of love and laughter, forever etched in the hearts of his cherished family. He is survived by his loving wife, Cheryl Crow; devoted son, Landon Crow; adoring daughter, Candace Crow; older brother, Roy Glenn Crow; and beloved grandchildren, Macy Crow and Josey Crow; brother-in-laws, Lynn Robinson and Donald Robinson; sister-in-law, Gail Robinson and mother-in-law, Syble Robinson.
In the tapestry of life, Tony Gale Crow's presence was a vibrant thread, weaving joy and warmth into the lives of all who knew him. His memory will continue to shine brightly in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to call him friend and family.
