Tracy Dawn Cole

Tracy Dawn Polk Cole, age 46 of Hawkins, died Saturday, October 8, 2011 in Quitman, Texas. She was born on Sunday, November 1, 1964 in Dallas, Texas to Wallace and Mildred Polk. She attended Hawkins First Baptist Church.

She is preceded in death by her father Wallace Polk.

She is survived by her mother, Mildred Polk of Hawkins; a sister, Karen Clark of Hartland, Texas and many caregivers over the years.

A private memorial will be held at a later date.
