Tressie Fay Deaton

Tressie Fay Deaton, age 98 of Winnsboro, passed away on Monday, December 9, 2013 in Tyler, with her family at her side. Fay was born on September 21, 1915 in Winnsboro to the late Wilson W. and Emmer Frances Shirey. She was a retired beautician and a member of First Baptist Church of Winnsboro, and the Song Writers Association. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Clifford Deaton; three sisters, and three brothers. She is survived by her daughter, Lanell Robinson and husband James of Tyler; one grandson, Ramon Robinson.
