Vance Martin Brothers

Vance Martin Brothers of Mineola, Texas, was born November 9, 1951 to Mary Ruth and Paul Quinton Brothers in Greensboro, NC. Vance released his spirit unto Heaven on September 7, 2021. Mr. Brothers was a graduate of Appalachian State University. Go Mountaineers. He married Joyce Kearns in February 1988 in Pasadena, Texas. Mr. Brothers is survived by his wife Joyce Brothers; son Jason Brothers; daughter Amanda Brothers Onda; stepdaughters Dawn Bernick, Dee Hedgpeth, Debra Taylor and Dana Copeland; 9 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren; sister Gloria Smith and husband Wayne; niece Heather Stover and her two daughters Addison and Brianna. Vance was retired as the IT Manager for Champion EMS in Tyler, Texas and a member of Cross Brand Cowboy Church in Tyler. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Beaty Funeral Home. The family will hold a celebration of life service for Vance at a later date.
