Vera Eugene Sands

Vera Eugene Godwin Willingham Sands, age 90, died Tuesday, July 13, 2010 in Quitman, Texas. She was born Sunday, December 21, 1919 in Van Zandt County, Texas.

She lived in Mineola, Texas most of her life and was a member of the Mineola Church of Christ.

She is preceded in death by husbands; Grady Willingham and Fred Sands, brothers; Ernest Godwin, J.W. Godwin, Ed Godwin, sisters; Mattie Wright, Doris James, Pauline Humphreys, Odell Clower and Allene Clower.

She is survived by a sister; Inez Fowler, a son; Ronny Willingham and wife Vicki, two daughters; Linda Madsen and Wanda Anderson, grandchildren; Debbie Carver, Bobby Johnson, Jr., Terri Moreland and Kaylee Willingham, seven great grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.
