Veronica Miranda Ortega, 53 of Mineola, TX passed away on Friday, March 19, 2021 in Mineola, TX. She was born on Saturday, February 03, 1968 in Taxco Guerrero, Mexico to the late Galdino Ortega and Reymunda Ortega. She was preceded in death by her husband of twenty four years, Jorge Miranda Osornio of Mineola, TX. She is survived by her two sons, Jorge Miranda Jr. of Mineola, TX, Omar Miranda of Mineola, TX; daughter, Jiselle Miranda of Mineola, TX; three brothers, Crisino Ortega of Mineola TX, Luis Ortega of Mineola TX, Roberto Ortega of Mineola, TX; four sisters, Narcisa Campuzano of Mineola, TX, Enriqueta Gutierrez of Tyler, TX, Minerva Martinez of Mineola, TX, Maribel Alvarado of Mineola, TX; and several nieces and nephews. Veronica was a loving mother, wife, sister, and aunt. She loved spending time with her family and making others laugh. She was always willing to lend a helping hand. She had a kind hearted and vibrant personality. Veronica will be greatly missed. Funeral service and burial will be at 2 PM on Saturday, March 27 at Beaty Funeral Home, Mineola, TX.
