Virgil L. Walker

Mr. Virgil L. Walker of Hawkins, Texas passed away January 13, 2007 at the age of 87. He was born May 30, 1919 in Williamson County, Tennessee to the late William George Walker and to the late Ira (Frances) Walker. He has lived in Hawkins since 1979 and was a member of the Macedonia Baptist Church. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge and owned and operated a plumbing company in Houston, Texas. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Jewel Walker of Hawkins, Texas; two brothers, Carl Walker of Williamson County, Tennessee and Benton Walker of Williamson County, Tennessee; and numerous nieces and nephews.
