Wanda Lou Blair

Mrs. Wanda Lou Blair of Alba, Texas passed away April 24, 2007 at the age of 65. She was born September 18, 1941 to the late William Carlos Fowler and Eva (Holt) Fowler in Bloomington, Illinois. She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Dale Blair of Alba, Texas; two sons, William Dale Blair of Carneys Point, New Jersey and Franklin Dean Blair of Bloomington, Illinois; one daughter, Deborah Lee Brown of Bloomington, Illinois; five brothers, Dwight Fowler, Loren Fowler, Lewis Fowler, Harold Fowler, and Charles Fowler all of Bloomington, Illinois; two sisters, Vivian Van Winkle of Hood River, Oregon and Ruth Wedding of Alba, Texas; and three grandchildren, Melissa Graves, Thomas Brown, and Nathaniel Blair.
