Wanda Beth Noe, beloved mother, grandmother, and a cherished member of her community, passed away on September 25, 2025, in Sulphur Springs, Texas, at the age of 82. Born on October 25, 1942, in Hopkins County, Texas, Wanda touched the lives of many through her warm spirit, unwavering dedication, and compassionate nature.

Educated in Winnsboro, Wanda was a proud member of the Winnsboro High School Class of 1961. Throughout her life, she found joy in educating young minds, serving as a teachers aide at Quitman Independent School District. Her nurturing presence left a lasting impact on both students and colleagues.

Wanda was a devoted member of the First United Methodist Church of Winnsboro, where she and her husband were the first couple married in the church's current chapel. For many years, she lovingly volunteered to prepare Wednesday night meals, sharing her culinary talents with the congregation. She also actively participated in the Drama Mamas and Quitman Band Boosters. Her passion for community service extended to the youth of the church, where she generously offered her time and talents as well as being a member of the Quilters and Crafters at First United Methodist Church in Winnsboro.

In her personal life, Wanda cherished her time spent creating memories with her family. She enjoyed scrapbooking, sewing, and bowling, often engaging in activities that celebrated her love for family and friends. Wanda is survived by her children, John and Shelly Noe and Jamie and Jeff Brooks. Her legacy continues through her grandchildren: Adam, Brett, Blake, Kimberly, and Matthew, and her great-grandchildren, Travis and Gracie.
