Wanda Renshaw, 79, of Winnsboro, Texas entered into the gates of heaven on December 22, 2019. Wanda was born on August 20, 1940, in Winnsboro to Eugene and Dorothy (Highnote) Phillips. Wanda was a graduate of Winnsboro High and worked many years for the city of Winnsboro before she retired. Ms. Renshaw was a member of Crossroads Baptist Church and is survived by her sons Jason Otts and wife Liat, Philip Winkle and wife Lorrie, James Winkle and wife Sherrye; brother Jerry Phillips and wife Judy; 8 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; and numerous other family.
