Mrs. Wanda Louise Scott, age 91 of Mineola, passed away peacefully at her home on Tuesday, January 31, 2023 . She was born on April 18, 1931 in Mineola to the late David Bryant Creech and Alice Dickerson Creech.
Mrs. Scott was a loving mother, homemaker, and a longtime member of First Christian Church of Mineola.
She was preceded in death by her husband, David L. Scott in 2018 and by her daughter Helen Tapley.
Survivors include her, son, Walter Scott; brother, David Creech; grandsons, Jeffery Brooks and wife Amie, Clay Brooks, and Daniel Tapley; great grandchildren, Laney and Gage.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 3rd from 10:30 am to 11:00 am at Beaty Funeral Home 5320 S. State Hwy. 37 Mineola, TX. Funeral Services will follow at 11:00 am with Bro. Homer Morgan conducting. Interment will be at Sand Springs Cemetery in Mineola.
