Wilbur Dean Cobel

Mr. Wilbur Dean Cobel, age 83 of Winnsboro, passed away on Thurdsay, August 29, 2013 in Winnsboro. Wilbur was born in Malvern, Iowa on September 16, 1929 to the late Henry Lee and Daisy Ellen Cobel. He was a retired carpenter, veteran of the U.S. Air Force, and member of the Bible Baptist Church of Winnsboro. He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Norman Cobel; sister, Dorothy Bower. He is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Mrs. Ida Phene Pugh Cobel of Winnsboro; son, Larry Cobel; his twin sister, Jean Tate, sister, Mary Gilmore; and several nieces and nephews.
