Wilda Lee Hudson, age 79, died Wednesday, April 20, 2011 in Tyler, Texas. She was born on Thursday, July 16, 1931 to the late William and Amanda Reed. She was a seamstress and a member of Holly Brook Baptist Church.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Grady Leon Hudson; a sister, Charlene Allen; two brothers, Mark Reed and Jesse Reed; and two sons, Babe Hudson and Bud Hudson.

She is survived by a son, Danny Hudson of Mineola, Texas; a daughter, Linda Maberry-Ellison of Mineola; five brothers, George Reed of Tyler, Mitchell Reed of Tyler, Homer Reed of Tyler, Billy Reed of Lindale, Texas, and Benny Reed of Tyler; fifteen grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.

Visitation for Ms. Hudson will be held at Beaty Funeral Home in Hawkins, Texas on Friday, April 22, 2011 from 6 - 8 PM.

Funeral services will be held at Beaty Funeral Home Memorial Chapel in Hawkins on Saturday, April 23, 2011 at 2:00 PM with Dr. Guy McGraw officiating.
