William Glen Crenshaw

Mr. William Glen Crenshaw passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 9, 2011 at the Dallas VA Medical Center. He was born on Winnsboro, TX on April 1, 1929 to the late Valton Crenshaw and Louella Caviness Crenshaw. Glen served in the U.S. Navy from 1947 to August of 1952. He was a beloved father, grandfather, great grandfather, and great great grandfather that will be sorely missed. Glen's passion for living, other than his family, was to be behind the wheel of his 18 Wheeler. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife of 59 years, Mrs. Dorthy Foster Crenshaw; grandson, Rickey McGahey; two brothers and one sister. Survivors include his son and daughter-in-law, Rickey and Sharon Crenshaw; daughter, Alice Williams; brothers, Roland Crenshaw and Larry Crenshaw; sister Joyce Olson, seven grandchildren, Teresa and Ernie Calvillo, Douglas and Traci McGahey, Bobby Dean McGahey, Andy Crenshaw, Chad and Shannon Crenshaw, Wes and Jessica Mathis and Kelli and Randy Beck; fifteen great grandchildren, Wesley McGahey, Cynthia Calvillo, Emma and Carson Mathis, Richard, Ashton and Lauren Beck, Ashley and Josh Miranda, Cassandra and Brandan Pack, Alyssa Horton, Candice Ussery, Payton, Rilee and Raven McGahey; one great great granddaughter, Kiley Peterson and numerous nieces and nephews.
