Mr. William Patrick "Billy" Rothe passed away on Thursday, October 22, 2009 at the age of 83. He was born on November 8, 1925 to the late Joseph Rothe and Edna Conger Rothe. Mr. Rothe is survived by his wife, Mrs. Betty Joseline Cox Rothe; daughters, Jill Ann Dominey of Trophy Club, Amanda Jane Hertel of Portalis, NM, Amy Nell Radamakers of Flower Mound and Cara Leigh Rothe of Portland, OR; brother, Joseph Rothe; sister, Nell Ware and by six grandchildren.
