Zander Bates

Zander Jordan Bates, of Quitman, passed away on Sunday, January 5th, 2020 in Dallas. He was born on June 2nd, 2019 in Tyler to Jordan Bates and Molli Taylor Bates. Zander was preceded in death by his beautiful grandmother, Anna Bates. He is survived by his parents, Jordan and Molli Bates of Quitman; sister, Emori Bates of Quitman; grandparents, Kevin Bates of Quitman and Matt and Katie Taylor of Quitman; great grandparents, Linda Hightower of Longview, Gary and Brenda Taylor of Quitman, Barry and Rita Bowen of Gilmer, Bill and Bettty Dunlap of Holly Lake; great great grandmothers, Bobbie Taylor of Quitman and Ruth Orr of Mineola. Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 9th, 2020 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Beaty Funeral Home 5320 S. State Hwy. 37 Mineola, TX 75773. Funeral Services will be held 2:00 pm Friday, January 10th, 2020 at Beaty Funeral Home, Mr. Jeremy Harrell conducting. Interment will follow at Quitman City Cemetery in Quitman, with Garrett Taylor and Dillon Bates serving as pallbearers. In lieu of flowers donations are requested to Mineola Church of Christ.
